Worst company ever, I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator from Best buy on 10/21/25, 2 weeks later I saw this crack on the bottom of the freezer The rep told me that the tech said it's a scratch instead of a crack plastic Im trying to post a pic

I had refrigerator problems- call dependable / The man came- claim he needed parts, it took a week and a half- when he finally came -Made the repair.. 2 Days later fridge stop working.. Made the calls To the company- they claim they didn't know anything about it- The technician gave me a phony repair bill.. The address and the phone number on the bill did not exist- many calls were made Each time the person on the other end- would not give the address- claim they did not know nothing about it.. We had to get a lawyer...?.. Do not trust Dependable...

Scheduled via dishwasher company for repair. He was here 10 minutes, checked the filter and pump. Washer started, he left. Washer stopped (original problem) and we called him back immediately. They didn’t call me back so I called dishwasher company. They said I had to have them return to service again. Company refused to return, said there was “nothing wrong” and told me to get a second opinion. Dishwasher company had to make a second ticket and dispatch a different company because Dependable refused to actually address the issue. There are many, many companies to choose from. Do not waste your time.

This is my 2nd time receiving service from Dependable Home Appliance, Inc. for my Frigidaire refrigerator. Eddie was extremely courteous and professional. He even cleaned the scuff marks on my floor that resulted from him pulling out my refrigerator to assess the issue. I'll definitely be utilizing their services again & I hope they send me Eddie again! Thank you so much Eddie☺️

Called DHA to come and fix my dish washer. I explained everything that was wrong with the appliance. I explained the dryer wasn't working and the motor needed to be replaced. I was charged $380 for nothing. They don't stand by their work. When I called to complain and told them I was still having the same issue no one seemed to care. For that amount of money I could have bought an entirely new dishwasher. I was told by Eddie he would fix it and it would be like brand new. Well its not. It's still not working. I don't recommend you choose this company unless you want to be taken advantage of. Terrible service. Being a small business owner myself I always prefer going that route to support other small business's but this time it truly was a ripoff.
