I bought my dishwasher there 13 years ago when their Albany NY location was Cocca's and I was pleased. Our Refrigerator died and we went to all the big box stores looking for a new one. Had lot's of information. Decided to add Marcella's to the list before we were done for the day. Not only did Ned, who took care of us, know more about the products we had looked at previously, their prices were the same or better. They charged less for warranty and installation and take away. It was a no-brainer. So if your in the need for an appliance, add them to your list along with the big box stores!
