Not sure why they don’t have higher ratings. I had a very great experience with them as well as very communicative when I had questions regarding my delivery. Pricing was exactly what I was looking for and the delivery drivers also installed the appliances making sure everything worked as should👌

If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid $808 for a washer and dryer that was clearly labeled “NEW.” Apparently, their definition of “new” includes lint and signs of prior use. Interesting business model. For a store that mainly sells used appliances, you’d think they’d be extra careful about labeling something as new.. unless misleading customers is just part of the strategy. I genuinely don’t understand why any business would risk its reputation like that. Shop here if you enjoy surprises and scams.

I’ve bought 5 appliances from this place for my rental properties. Blanca is amazing always gives me a deal and takes care of me. One of my tenants broke a washer and she had it fixed in an hour. Not sure why the reviews are so low. But definitely give them a try.

Went to many different stores before showing up to el duke's appliances. Not only did we find a great fridge, we paid a very economical price. Refrigerator has been refurbished by a certified technician and comes with warranty. Refrigerators were clean inside and out. My wife and I are very happy with the fridge we purchased. Paid $775.00.
