I bought my washer/dryer from this place. The price was very good compared to buying a new one, they delivered and installed the appliances and they removed my old units. I've had the washer/dryer for about 8 months now and there have not been any issues.

Although follow up could be better, like calling to say they are coming (3 hrs later), the over all experience was good. John was fair and honest with trying to fix my washing machine and returned the next day and refunded me all the money, minus the diagnostic because as it turned out the machine was irreparable.

I cannot recommend this company. John is a nice guy and seems capable, but they are not professional. They do not return phone calls, they don't order parts as promised, there is no follow up. It's been more than one month of trying to have a washer fixed and now I have to go to another company to start the repair process over.
