This was a first time going to all major appliances yesterday November 4th 2025. The young man who helped me was super nice and helped us find a washer & dryer. The price for the LG thin Q washer & dryer we liked was a great deal. Yes, there were a few dents but, I found only 1 small dent on the washer and a very small dent & almost non-visible scratch on the dryer. But, other then that so far no problems with either machines. I couldn't put up the pictures but both machines look really good.

We purchased a scratch and dent Blue Star Range from All Major Appliances a week ago. We couldn't be happier. The store is a warehouse with appliances stacked 15" high. The range was dented, just as advertised, but was new. A few screws were missing and a grate piece from the middle was gone. But for the price, how could I say no? We got the range home and with a trip to the hardware store, the missing screws were replaced. Richard (I think he is the owner) ordered the missing grate pieces that were over $100 and had them shipped directly to my home. If you are in the market for a high end appliance, don't mind some scratches or dents and would like to save 50% or more, you should definitely check out All Major. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I wish I had know about his place a few years ago.

My husband and I went looking for a digital range and found one immediately. Idis came to help with product info and stats-she was knowledgeable, friendly and gave great customer service-she was taking time away from her lunch to attend to us-the saying, the customer comes first is true at this establishment. The appliance-brand new, never used had all the literature/model #, and gave 1 year in house warranty for the appliance should anything go awry. 👍🏼 The transaction was quick and even gave us side tip on personal note-not related to purchase. 😉 The men who loaded our Jeep were pleasant and made sure to secure/plastic wrapped the range & we were good to go. Thank you for the service & advice, will certainly be returning.

I saw there was 1 bad review before this one. I have to argue this is an amazing location but you have to know what you're getting. Its a "scratch and dent" - you're getting new appliances that the "big boys" won't carry because there might be a scratch or a small dent on it. We purchased a $5000 kitchen package for $2500. The refrigerator had a red mark on it and was missing one of the stock shelves. We called the supplier, they sent us the shelf, the red mark, we were able to wash of. The range has a dent on the top of the top panel. We place our everyday spices there. The dishwasher was missing a common bracket, we bought one at home depot. They deliver to your door. They took away our old appliances. They are beyond friendly and 100% honest to their inventory available.
