This was by far the best delivery experience I have had in all my years of buying appliances. This company not only did they offer a great product at a phenomenal price but the service was above and beyond. They delivered on time and they struggle to get the WashTower Stacked inside my house but they never complained and found various ways to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer. My door entry was an inch or 2 smaller than the size however, with determination it was a success. My kids were super happy and I am extremely grateful that I found this company. Excellent customer service when buying a washer/dryer last month. Had a small issue and Rossi responded immediately and had it resolved right away. Very professional, kind, and efficient, and she made sure to remind me multiple times to contact her if I need anything at all. A small business that goes above and beyond simply making a sale.

What a fantastic find. I have purchased many items from Facebook Market place and that is where I found Rossi. She was amazing and super responsive from start to finish. She immediately made me feel very welcome at a store which was packed with high quality appliances at all price points. I also found out she delivers as well, so next time she is coming to me as she has proved to me the quality of her products. Service was fantastic and the prices were rock bottom. Far exceeding the customer service of a big box store at a fraction of the cost. You have found a loyal customer for as long as you're in business.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new appliances and so happy to have found this gem. Delivery was sooo fast. Prices were amazing. Delivery and installation… absolutely above and beyond. They ended up with more work than expected and helped me out so much with it all. I don’t know how I would have done it otherwise. I will definitely be purchasing more appliances from them soon.
