Please run and do not use this company. They sold me a bad refrigerator that went out less than two weeks of me buying it when I called for them and let them know the issue I was told why didn’t I call earlier about the problem that I didn’t even know that I had Until the day before Thanksgiving when I decided to get meat out of the freezer and cook…. Very disrespectful. Here we are less than two weeks from them coming to fix it, and the refrigerator went out again. There are also multiple people in my building who says they purchased from them and their stuff has been giving them problems. Do not use them!!!

Bought a dryer from them & expected it to last for a few years. The dryer is malfunctioning & I called to get someone to come look at it. They told me someone would call me back but never did. I have an injury to my foot & went over there in person. They told me that the technician would come to fix it but will call me when he's on his way. No one has called or came. I tried calling but no one answered my calls to the store. I have laundry pulled up. Bought a refrigerator from them b4 this dryer & the fridge leaked but they were very good with fixing it so I don't know what's going on with their customer care now. Guess I'll have to limp over there again.
