⚠️If you’re black they aren’t interested in your business. ⚠️ I actually came to the store to furnish a 3 floor rental home ‼️I purchased in the area‼️ but I tested them with a smaller request. They failed at the front door. 🚪 I entered the store and the 4-6 Latino workers/owners turned, looked, rolled their eyes and turned back to whatever was in their laps (they looked downward). ONE person rose to greet me after MY initial greeting, rather reluctantly. I’m the guest. Why am I greeting them first in their store? 🤔 I knew then, I could not give them my business but I proceeded with my small request. Then I left. Never will I ever return or recommend them.🚫 I went out my way to support small business because I’m a small business but I can’t, in good faith, spend money where I’m not wanted. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I drove from my South Jersey mansion, After work, skipping my horse back riding, to purchase : 3 stoves 4 refrigerators 3 stack washer dryers ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ And I was ready to do this TODAY but their clear distain for people of African descent got the best of them. On to the next small business that wants my business more than they want to hate…

My experience with this company’s after-sales service was terrible. They were very responsive before the sale, but once the payment was made, customer support completely changed. Calls and messages were ignored and no proper solution was provided. I would not recommend buying from a company that does not value customers after the sale.

I bought this fridge 10 days ago. Only the freezer works I keep calling no answer. I go to the store after 5 days they let me choose a new one and said it will be delivered the same day but no,one day after they call me and tell me we're on our way to bring you your lavador i said what no It's a fridge not a lavador they said no it's a lavador i said nooooo they sais then I'm gonna call my boss yo know 3 hours later still nothing I called again no answer, I'm tired . One thing for sure I will not give up on my 700 dollar.

I purchased a stove from this seller and the entire experience was problematic. I ordered a specific brand and model, but after a week of delays they delivered the wrong stove. When I notified the seller, he refused to refund me and only after more waiting did he finally provide the correct model. After a few months of use — roughly six months — the stove developed a gas leak. My tenant reported a strong smell of gas, and I immediately stopped using the appliance. I contacted the seller, but he once again refused to send a technician or provide support, claiming that the unit was not under warranty anymore. I had to hire an independent professional, who identified a cracked component in the internal gas line, which required replacement. This raises a serious safety concern. A faulty gas line can lead to dangerous leaks, posing fire and explosion risks inside a home. Consumers need equipment that is safe and in proper working condition, especially when it involves gas systems. My experience shows that the products sold by this business may not be properly inspected or maintained. It is not worth risking the safety of your home to save a few dollars. A brand-new unit from Home Depot or any reputable retailer may cost slightly more, but it comes with proper warranty, support, and peace of mind. Additionally, the seller never answers the phone. Communication is extremely difficult, and you often lose work hours just trying to reach him in person. Based on my experience — wrong product delivered, delays, no support, and a stove with a hazardous gas leak after only six months — I strongly advise consumers to avoid this business.

I purchased a washing machine from this seller, and the experience was extremely negative from start to finish. Approximately six months after the purchase, the machine failed completely. I contacted the seller immediately, but he refused to accept the unit back or stand behind the product, claiming it was no longer under warranty. After insisting, he finally sent a technician to repair the machine. Three months later, the same unit failed again — this time due to overheating — proving that the repair was not effective and that the equipment was clearly defective from the beginning. At that point, I was forced to dispose of the machine entirely and purchase a new one out of my own pocket. In addition, the seller never answers the phone. You can call repeatedly and he simply will not pick up, making any form of customer support practically impossible. The level of service is unacceptable, unreliable, and shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I do not recommend buying from this seller. The risk is high, the customer service is nonexistent, and you may end up losing both time and money as I did.
