Buyer Beware: Gross misrepresentation and complete lack of accountability. I paid $500 for a washer-dryer from Barbara at American Appliance Warehouse, sold as fully functional. The unit never started once, proving it was defective from the beginning. Barbara ignored multiple messages, wasting my time, and only sent irrelevant copy-pasted troubleshooting tips instead of taking responsibility. She then wrongfully blamed me for user error, which was insulting and baseless. No refund or solution was offered. his is a clear case of fraudulent misrepresentation and breach of basic consumer rights. This seller shows blatant disregard for honesty and customer service. Avoid them—this is a clear scam.

Whatever you do, please stay away from this appliance shop. I should have read the reviews before going there, but thought to give them a chance. Firstly, the Owner is so unprofessional( I know she will come and justify her rude behavior as she does if you see her responses in the reviews). I ordered dryer and washer for it to be delivered on Tuesday, only for a different guy to call me that, the driver had an emergency. That was the first default. As the owner, I was expecting her to reach out and apologize for the inconvenience, but she did not. The next day, she calls me and says, they will deliver on Thursday. Mind you, my order was to be delivered later in the evening. She calls me at 9am to tell me because of the rain, they can't deliver. I told her, why call me now in the morning and not wait to see if it'll stop since my order is for later. She said, okay, I will call you later then. Again, no apology for the order been defaulted the first time, but calls me to default again the second time. I did not get any call from her. So I called the driver Mike or John whichever his name is, only for him to tell me, the Owner has canceled the delivery. I was so mad. I left work twice early to meet up for my delivery, only for them to cancel both times. Mike, the driver tried to even contact her to see if he could personally deliver it that night, but she didn't respond to any of our calls. She didn't even have the audacity to msg me the next day to tell me what had happened. I messaged her and asked when I was getting my delivery, and this was on a Friday. Only for her to tell me your delivery is scheduled between 4-7pm. She didn't even call to ask my availability. I messaged before she told me this. I called her out for her unprofessionalism, only for her to go back and forth with me in a text message. I wish I could attach the texts here. I also paid for my machines to be connected. They delivered the machines and didn't connect. Only for the drivers to tell me, they were only told to drop it off. After I have paid for connection and delivery. Like how can you run a business like this? Even jer workers admitted of how rude and unprofessional she is. That's what she does to a all her customers. Please stay away from this place. Save your money and sanity.

Been dealing with this company for 16 years!! Always wonderful service and products!!! Consistent staff! Quick deliveries and damage free removal! Not sure what all the negative reviews are about but trust after 3 refrigerator a washer and a stove. I’ ve NEVER had any issues. So please keep in mind when you are reading the negative reviews that working with the public isn’t easy and sometimes even adults don’t listen. I do appreciate seeing the owner clap back at the negative feedback!.

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! This company lacks integrity and fails to fulfill their orders. I recently purchased a fridge from them, with the assurance that it would be delivered with all the necessary hardware. However, they failed to deliver on their promise and informed me that the agreed-upon delivery date couldn't be met. Consequently, I had to personally pick up the fridge. To compound the issue, they provided a new receipt when I was on my way to pick up the fridge. This new receipt stated that all the hardware was missing and marked it as a final sale, which was never mentioned on the original receipt. They even attempted to pressure me into signing the new receipt, claiming that they had no intention of ordering the missing parts, despite promising during the sales transaction that the fridge would come with all the necessary hardware. As a result, I received the fridge with incomplete doors, which was incredibly frustrating. The customer service provided by this company is abysmal, and they have no qualms about lying to their customers. It is best to avoid doing business with them.
