These people are thieves..stay away..not worth the aggravation ..sold me a cooktop that shuts off every half hour and didn't disclose it ..I literally asked for one taht can stay in for 24 hours ..when I wnated to return they gave me hell..stay away

Ordered from them in August. Nothing arrived after 8wks; I followed up multiple times with D&S, finally they told me it was on backorder due to the next model coming out. Offered me to wait or get a refund. I opted to wait as I had already gone 2 months. Finally came in (after me continuing to reach out, they NEVER reached out at any point without my prompt), and they tried to charge me 30% more. TERRIBLE business.

We had an incredible experience with D&S Appliances! We purchased multiple appliances from them, and not only were their prices fantastic, but their customer service was exceptional. Our construction delays meant we had to change the delivery date several times, and they were so considerate and accommodating throughout the process. Their team - especially Wellington Chen were friendly, communicative, and always willing to help—whether we reached out via chat, phone, or email. Every question we had was answered promptly and thoroughly. We couldn’t be happier with their service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or buy from them again. A truly outstanding experience from start to finish!

I had a very pleasant experience with these guys. I placed the order on their website with no issues and their customer service team (shout out to Wellington! ) was great at providing me regular updates about my order. These guys also provided an unbeatable price when compared with other retailers. If I ever need another home appliance, I know where I'll be doing my shopping.

One star for not stealing from me. I found the item I wanted on their website. I emailed the "order" people to verify that it's in stock. They confirmed that it was in stock. I ordered it and two days later they told me it wasn't in stock. They offered me another model that I didn't want. They accepted my request to cancel my order.
