Was cooking for New Year’s Eve party and my oven igniter stopped working. Googled where to find a new one. M&B came up with I called and spoke to Edwin. He said that don’t see parts. I explained what had happened and said me see what I have. Sure enough 4pm New Year’s Eve and he had it. Great guy and store

2 stars because you could get a good deal but otherwise 0 stars for customer service. Beware you are getting “defective products” with no warranties. Shortly immediately after fridge purchase the freezer paint started peeling. After multiple multiple attempts, and promises from Edwin and James, months even even years actually gave gone by and still never received a replacement drawer. Given up on following up.
