I would like to take a moment to compliment the team of people who helped me get my kitchen range in time for the holidays. Beginning with John who set my appointment right down to Josuè and the other gentleman who delivered my appliance. I was pleased with the communication, assistance and delivery. I am over the moon. I want to thank them for everything.

This is the worst store one as a referred customer to go to. If a product is purchased and given a approximate time frame the product would be available the sales rep should be responsible enough to give a courtesy call to inform if any product is no longer available. The sales rep named Ari didn’t have the courage to give me a courtesy call to let me know that the product is no longer available or discontinued. I called this week 5 times and it was either the sales rep not in or day off or busy. After today I called for Ari the sales rep he was busy. I left my contact information and still didn’t call me until finally I saw the closing time on the website. I called again and found out that my product is no longer available after I paid in full approximately 2 months ago. I did ask the reason why knowing the product wasn’t available the sales rep didn’t have the courage to call me. His version was that there are many customers that he would have to call and he doesn’t have the TIME!!!! Which I totally disagree!!!! I told him well sorry to say but that is his job; He said that his job is to sell the product. So my question is who’s responsible for a case like this????? Can’t believe what kind of sales rep could give a great business for this store. Never recommending anyone this place. Poor service!!!!!
