Ken's

I’ve been to Ken’s Appliances on 3 separate occasions. The first two experiences were amazing and the reason why we drive further than most places for our appliances, because of the customer service and selection This last time I went in we bought a refrigerator. When we were sent to the back of the store to have it loaded, the appliance was not wrapped in any type of protection for the drive home and the load out guys barely helped us move it on to the back of our truck. We also were not provided a user manual, when I called the store that day, I left a message asking someone to call us back regarding the user manual as we were trying to get it hooked up and had questions. We still have not received a call back. Really love this store but was quite disappointed this last visit.

Thank you for the great experience! Justine was very knowledgeable she really listened to me and she was so kind and professional. Everyone that greeted me coming into your store was kind and they didn’t push or rush me in anyway and I really appreciate that. I will recommend you guys for sure. Thank you for the wonderful experience and can’t wait to get my furniture and appliance Appliances.

Highly do not recommend anyone shopping or getting a service done through kens. I submitted a payment Sunday and took a day off for someone to look at my dryer on Friday. Never got a confirmation text saying when they would come. I called and they stated I wasn't on the schedule. So what was the point of prepaying and booking a appointment if it just isn't going to happen? For the sales I went in to look at maybe a new dryer. Ken's will not do a military discount or match a competitor. The sales guy said I'd get more of a discount then he would in commission at only 1.5% and they only get paid on commission. Not sure why someone would have to sell $200k worth of merchandise to get paid minimum wage. This store is a joke and has been ever since the new management. I never had issues when it was previous management. Once again do not buy anything from this place more get any service done thru here. You will be wasting your time and money.

Justine helped me from the beginning to final sale! She texted and answered all my questions before we traveled to GI for this machine. Even with pictures! She has great knowledge of her machines and was kind! Thank you! I also want to add that I heard about Kens on NTVs The Good Life show! We're from Holdrege and I wouldn't have known about Kens any other way. We will be back!
