Mark and Kevin were incredibly helpful when I stopped by the store to view an open box refrigerator. They were honest about the damage to the unit and time frame of repairs to be made and assisted me in purchasing a new unit and arranging delivery for the next day which saved my family from being without a functioning refrigerator any longer. Delivery and installation also exceede my expectations. The excellent customer care made this purchase a great value.
