BBC New Parts & Used Appliances

Awful customer service, sold me a piece of junk that doesn't work and got angry because I was adamant about either a refund or repair. After finally repairing my fridge 3 months after purchase, it worked for one night and started malfunctioning again. When he repaired and left, he sent a vulgar text message to me calling me a liar and to go F@%$ myself. Yes, this business man. He called me and my daughter ugly and not to call him or come to his shop anymore. I am appalled. He was so unprofessional until I don't even want to see him again...not even to repair the fridge. My daughter has filed charges to take him to court and unfortunately it will cost him more that the five hundred plus dollars we paid him. You would be be doing yourself an injustice to even entertain this man with your time. When I have a moment, I will screenshot and post the vulgar messages to validate my statement. The by far worst so called business person I have ever dealt with. BEWARE!

Please do not and I repeat, do not patronize this business. One of the most unethical, moraless, dishonest individuals I have ever encountered. I purchased a stainless steel fridge cash money on April 1st. When the fridge arrived, it was dented and the water and icemaker were inoperable. Two months later, after numerous no shows, avoided calls, lies, phones hung up in my face several times, leaving work to catch him at his place of business, showing up at my house early Saturday morning when a woman in tow, no introduction just bombards in.....my fridge still is not working. The last text message stated his father is ill and everyone has to wait nothing will happen this week. I leave work, drive over to his place of business and there he is standing there. I stood there and he didn't acknowledge me for five minutes. Didnt even look up. Mind you no one else is in his presence. That led to an altercation where he tried to convince customers that had arrived that I was being difficult and kept cancelling appointments. Well, I was adamant and demanded my money or appliance reoaired. He closed down shop and here I am two months later, sitting on my sofa while he fumbles with my fridge while talking to a woman (I can here her asking questions about me), with a cigar hanging from his mouth. 10 minutes passes..."I have to go back to the shop, I need a different piece." He's gone, I'm here at home during working hours waiting on him to return. You decide!

If you're looking for shiny, new appliances, factory warrantees and 47 sales people on your back when you walk in the door, keep moving! If you want to look a proprietor in the eye and ask if he stands by the quality of his work, this is your place! I bought a washer and dryer last week, refurbished. Both have been put through their paces and were not found wanting. Good work by Milton! Very pleased.
