So here we are, 15 years later after my other 1 star review and just weeks ago I see Compton's still doesn't stand behind anything they sell or install. I tried to tell you guys 15 years ago to stay away from this whole company. My air conditioning system had a catastrophic failure after barely 2 years of use and they refused to honor anything or even check to see if it was one of their techs shoddy work. Now I am sorely disappointed more in you locals for not heading this warning because you are obviously still getting nonsense in terms of customer service. Once again, you have been warned. To go a step further I would have had better luck employing my 11 year old at least he doesn't leave pieces of wire and trash when he does a project.

Compton delivered a new washer and dryer. The washer leaked on the first load. Immediately, Compton sent the delivery truck back and removed the defective washer. When it was determined to be "a motor problem", Compton replaced the washer immediately. There was no delay in washing clothes at our house. Because Compon did not have the same brand washer, the defective unit was replaced with a different brand. Compton ordered a new "same brand" washer, which was delivered as soon as it came in. I call this the best service possible under trying circumstances and highly recommend these folks.

We bought a GE Profile oven, dishwasher, microwave, and stovetop a year ago. More recently we bought a 48” SubZero Refrigerator/Freezer. All models were available for viewing and functionality which was awesome. Rodney in their sales department was very friendly and knowledgeable on components and functionality of all models. Their installers were on time, very friendly, and did perfect and careful work installing and taking away the old units. You just don’t see such overall quality service from the big box stores. Compton’s gets my highest possible recommendation, and I am happy to give a reference by phone to any customers. I wish Compton’s many more years of success!

Appliance prices were substantially less than their competitors. Installation cost was more than reasonable. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous at all times. The sales department took care of filling out all of the paperwork for our rebates. Always prompt responses whenever we contacted them. 10/10 would buy from again. Traveled to Louisiana to deliver and install with no issues. We need more customer service and brand quality like this in all aspects of our consumer interactions.
