Jeff and Paydon were knowledgeable, friendly and approachable for questions. I had an issue with the GE refrigerator that I bought, it was replaced it without hesitation with a comparable LG refrigerator that is working great. I would recommend Owatonna Karls for anyone looking for new appliances.

Jeff and Coreen were so professional and honest when we bought our new speed queen washer and dryer! Oh we also got a new stove that I'm in love with! It's refreshing to know there's honest folks out there still with greet customer service. We were never treated like this at Lowe's. I will come back to Karl's 💯

Jeff, was amazing with the whole process of buying our new LG refrigerator and GE Profile gas range. Even on his day off he drove to the store to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and what we had talked about on the phone days prior. After the sale he insured the delivery and setup team were on time and kept me updated. Karl’s in Owatonna will always have my business. Great job Jeff, Lisa and myself are greatly appreciative of you and the teams start to finish professionalism.

Knowledgeable staff with plenty of suggestions and comparative values. Bought dishwasher and stove here on separate occasions. LG was best fit. Warranties are solid, installation went flawless. Jeff S. was great right down to the details of micro bubbles etc! I would recommend Karl's!

Guys showed up on time and were great! Even noticed my new dishwasher had an issue and brought a replacement same day! They had all my new kitchen appliances and washtower installed within an hour. Didn't leave a mess behind and even put my old appliances in my utility trailer for me. I'd give them 10 stars if it was available! Great job Owatonna Karl's
