I called for a part I needed and thought it was these guys. When I arrived and asked for my order, they looked and looked, and didnt find it. They help me determine what store I called, and it wasn't even them. But the desire and fricken awesome customer service I wish I had purchased from them. They staff here is amazing. I will find a reason to use them from this day forward

Horrible customer service! I had a service appointment scheduled for today and they didn't show up or call to cancel. And they will not answer their phones.. I have been calling for 3 days. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Absolutely fantastic business and staff! I've purchased several appliances from them over the course of 3 years & originally heard about them from a family member who was happy w/them as well.
