Abc Warehouse

I bought a Whirlpool washing machine just under 5 years ago and a 5 year warranty from ABC Warehouse. The washer broke down recently and it can't be fixed. Whirlpool discontinued making it and no parts are available to fix it. The warranty allows us to get another one at no charge. However, the new ones aren't made any better so the store manager allowed us to get an LG washer for a minimal upcharge. I was expecting a battle but was treated very fairly and respectful. Wafir was so easy to work with, he did not try to upsell us anything even though we were looking at the very cheapest washing machine. He was quick and knowledgeable about the product and the process of swapping out the old one, even matched the price of an onsale item because they were out of stock. we were in and out in less then 20 minutes and had the machine hooked up with the old one gone in less then 24 hours.

I am or should I say,I have been a customer of Abc Warehouse in Novi. I have bought several items from the store, including televisions furniture, refrigerators you get the idea I’ve shopped there often. I’ve never had an experience like this one! I went to get a wall oven. I was hoping to get a double oven to replace the one that broke. Joe said they don’t make them anymore, however I could get a single oven that would fit in the space from the old oven. He said there’d be a small gap couple of inches. I was OK with a couple of inches not that bad. Well the installers are here and let me say this. They are from coming home appliances and they are awesome if you ever need something like this installed, I would recommend them. Back to Abc Warehouse Joe ordered the oven. He said it would be here within two weeks. To my surprise Joe called about a week later. He said the oven was in. We made arrangements for delivery and installation. Then he called me back and said it would be another day before I could get the oven. Then he called me back again And said the oven wasn’t on the truck and it would be next week. OK that’s not a problem and then he called me again saying there was a mixup and I wouldn’t be getting in the oven yet. I finally got the oven yesterday, Friday, October 9. It took three or four weeks before the oven was actually delivered. For me waiting a couple extra weeks was no big deal not a problem at all. I’m sure you will understand. understand my major disappointment when you look at the pictures. The oven itself is very small. The biggest issue is, there is an 8 inch gap between the top of the oven and the cabinet! Now Joe is trying to tell me that he didn’t say there was going be a small gap. he’s now saying he said there will be a gap. Yes it’s true. He said there would be a gap. He said it may be a couple inches. This gap is 8 inches! It’s not a small gap. It’s a huge gap. I asked him for a Taller oven. He did tell me that I could have electric installed so that I could get an electric oven instead of a gas oven. I’m sure getting electric conversion would cost a small fortune which I really don’t have . Because the gap is so large I told him I’d like to return it because it doesn’t fit the way he said it would fit. Joe told me he was going to charge me a 30% fee for bringing the oven back. I paid over $2000 for this oven! OVER TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS! That’s money that I really can’t afford to waste for this purchase! I don’t have that kind of money took me a long time to get it and I am extremely disappointed with Joe and Abc Warehouse. They’re not even going to try to make this right! I told told him that I was going to leave this Abc Warehouse might be OK for getting stuff like televisions or refrigerator. But in all honesty, I cannot recommend buying a stove from them. There are plenty of other places that you can go to purchase a stove. One that will actually fit I’m sure. Just remember, you don’t always get what you pay for and this was proof
