Abc Warehouse

Ordered over the phone for a 24 inch stackable GE electric washer and dryer. After confirming 3 times on the phone that the order was for the 24 inch, and again confirming it was the 24 inch when I went into the store to pay. They sent a 27 inch!! They can’t pick up their mistake same day, even though they left 15 minutes ago. Now have to take multiple days off of work for their mistake. And by the time they refund the money, the sale will end at other stores. Not a happy customer for a wasted $1,600.

Well, I've driven past this place many many times over the years, but I've never called by. I was recommended to come in here and I'm glad that I did young lady named Gretchen greeted me showed me around what I thought was only an appliance store is actually a home furnishings, appliance and bedding store and it's one of the nicest contemporary great value stores I've been in a long time recommend highly enough. Five stat all the way.

Did my intensive research online ABC came out on top they had what I needed. Todd Loree was the salesman handled my request with precision and patience. Todd is a very knowledgeable and seasoned salesman who has been with the company 40 years. Liking their new location laid out a lot better than the old store was. They are a Michigan company based out of Pontiac. They handle the brands of companies that are based in Michigan in particular Maytag out of Benton Harbor, Michigan. Didn’t get a chance to walk the store I’m looking for a new mattress and boxspring, etc. down the road. I will definitely hit their first. from sales to delivery, it was a seamless purchase operation very appreciative. Thanks P Kuehlewind

We needed a new gas dryer. ABC Warehouse had a Maytag with 10 year warranty In-Stock & Ready to go. The dryer was On Sale, I had a $50.00 off any purchase over $200.00 coupon, for signing up for text messages & they had a $50.00 rebate going, so we ended up spending $600.00 on a brand new gas dryer with a 10 year warranty. I didn't want anything with digital displays, steam functions or dampness level sensors because that's extra stuff that costs more & has more potential for problems. My new dryer has turn knob time selection, a turn knob temperature selection & a push knob to start. Old School, just how my parents dryer was that lasted 20 years. I am very happy with the quality of the dryer. It drys a load of 6 pairs of insulated men's cargo work pants in around 50 minutes on Medium heat level & it has a much larger capacity, at 7.2 cubic feet, then my old one did at 6.5 cubic feet. Here's hoping mine lasts 20 years like theirs did. The sales person that helped us was Gretchen Williams, she asked us what we were looking for, showed us the selection & left us to consider our options. She stayed close without making us feel like she was hovering & quickly & effortlessly answered our questions before helping us to finalize our purchase. She was friendly, knowledgeable, made sure I had all the necessary paperwork to take advantage of the Rebate & took the time to explain what I needed to do for that process. She told us we could take it home right then, but also told us it was Free Delivery, so we had it delivered to our home in Burton. The delivery was scheduled for 8am-12pm on that Saturday. We were told to expect an email with the delivery details & a text from the driver when they were about 30 minutes away & that's exactly what happened. The delivery team were friendly & professional & took our old dryer away with them. This was a great experience from start to finish with ABC Warehouse. We have purchased several appliances & other household items from them over the years & their top of the line service is one of the reasons why we keep coming back when we need something else.
