I was introduced to Ferguson by an interior designer - who I subsequently let go for quality/cost concerns. When I arrived, the store was beautiful, excellent inventory and the service was great. I was paired with an associate Marissa Garza. At first encounter, she appeared knowledgeable and caring.
The project involved a bathroom remodel and I spent >15k on fixtures at this store.
Fast forward,,. Everything was incorrect. There were errors in what was ordered. Ultimately stemming from a lack of knowledge or attention to detail - I was sent three extra items (one even the wrong color). I was charged nearly 1K for this issue. To be fair - Marissa did recognize 1 extra item and alerted me. She did not recognize the other due to lack of familiarity with what was purchased.
Somehow they also delivered me two different sinks. Not clear how that happened. When I called Marisa, she initially accuse me of only purchasing pedestals and not basins. Getting the basins for free. Of course I had purchased both pieces and she recognized - eventually - I had been delivered the wrong item. After much prodding, I did get one asap. She mentioned she took this off another order / we can unpack the ethics there on another date.
The final straw was the identification (on final bathroom install) that yet another part had been ordered incorrectly. Instead of ordering a new part, Marissa berated our plumber and demanded he alter the product to fit. When he was hesitant to do, she continued to insult him and us for how complicated the project was (reminder - all her errrors). This was completely unprofessional.
Overall there at several options to choose from for building needs. While the displays and product choices are great, it’s not worth the hassle. There is no attention to detail, assurance of quality and a general lack of professionalism. I’d go elsewhere. If not, at the very least avoid Marisa at all costs.
