I would not recommend this company for any service. If I could give them zero stars I would, but I had to give them at least 1 star to post this. The customer service rep just called me and wanted me to pay $175 just because they came out to my house.
When I made the appointment for service there was an error message that came up for a motor and drive issue, but when the tech came over the washer machine was working fine.
So the customer rep (I wish I knew his name) told me that if I did not pay them the $175 just for coming out to my house and running my machine for a few minutes to tell me that there was nothing wrong with my machine, he was going to just send the bill to my house and when I don't pay the fee that he would report me to the credit bureau.
That is ridiculous and his attitude was very unprofessional. I just want anyone else who is thinking about hiring this company, to take heed and make sure that your machine is actually broken before they come to your house. Otherwise you will get the nasty customer representative give you a call and demand you pay them the $175 just for coming to your house, whether they make a repair or not.
If I were the manager at this facility, I would terminate this guy as a customer representative, but keep the technician, as he does not know how to talk to customers. If he was the manager, that just makes it worst. The technician was more professional than the customer rep. I had no problem with the tech. He was great to talk to on the phone and was helpful.
I will make sure that none of my friends use this company as a repair service provider because of my experience. I will also reach out to Maytag and make sure that they are never referred to me as a repair shop if anything goes wrong with my washer or dryer in the future. Not sure how they managed to get a 4.4 star rating after being in business for over 10 years with this guy working for them. Hopefully, he's just a newbie...
