What really stood out was their dedication—they quickly made three separate trips to track down the exact parts needed and didn’t stop until everything was working perfectly. I had such a positive experience shopping for my dishwasher at Poirier in Norwood. My salesman Jon Botti was so informed on all of the Bosch models and answered all of my questions with high professionalism. I never felt rushed . The whole process was seamless. He volunteered information about a rebate and when I had difficulty processing it a few days later, he went above and beyond to put the request in process. Experiencing that level of customer service is unheard of these days. The installation appointment was made the same day and the plumber was prompt and completed the job in an efficient manner. I am sold on buying future appliances at Poirier. Thank you, Jon, for all of your attention and positive work ethic.

I reached out to this company this morning in search of a hood vent and I was transferred to John and to my surprise that was the best customer service interaction that I had in a very long time. He was patient and he took time to explain all the options available which was extremely helpful and for that they have earned my business along with all my friends and family. Tyler, our technician, was excellent -- personable, knowledgeable and super efficient. I can 100% recommend him!! I would give him 6 stars. The overall service system at Poirier is less impressive. The first scheduled appointment (which took over a week) never showed up, and they have no system to notify customers or track the technicians progress, so as a customer, I wasted 5 hours with my phone in hand waiting for the call that never came. Hearing nothing, I called Poirier three times for updates. They finally said no one was coming and offered a slot more than a week after the scheduled no show. They clearly don't have an adequate number of technicians, and I'm grateful that a seasoned professional was able to fit us in to his schedule. Thank you Tyler!
