Very happy with my experience! The prices were very reasonable, and they did a great job installing my new microwave and removing the old one. They gave me an install window of 10am-1pm, and were there by 11am, and finished by noon. Will definitely use them in the future for any other appliance needs.

We had used them for years, but I recently had a terrible experience on the phone with them trying to reschedule a consultation for our washer/dryer. They have lost our business. It is unfortunate, but the person started yelling at me and told me I was lying about who canceled what, but it really didn’t matter - we wanted to make an appointment, but it was like this hostile thing and exhausting. So yeah….I never even write reviews but it was too much.

Our washing machine stopped draining on a Saturday morning, so I called and spoke with Peter who was friendly, helpful, and quick to get back to me after confirming a repair tech was available to come out the same afternoon. Will, the repair tech, arrived a few hours later and was equally friendly and helpful-- he diagnosed a dead switch, installed a replacement, and my washer was drained within 20 minutes! Highly recommend!

Communication with Tony with service appointment was easy and my 20 year Thermidor was fixed. Cesar was the service tech who had relay part on hand. So needless to say, refrigerator working and I highly recommend Harrison Refrigeration & Appliance.
