Gsilva Xpress - Appliances Delivery and Removal

I had a fridge and AC delivered by Mateus and Fabricio a few months ago, and I was seriously impressed! They were incredibly fast, super friendly, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond—at one point, they even adjusted the refrigerator door to make it easier for me to grab my groceries while cooking. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail is rare. Amazing service all around—highly recommend!

Service and Delivery person were excellent. The delivery persons Maxsuel and Henrique were very pleasant, professional. They made sure my Refrigerator wasn’t damaged and was working. They answered all my concerns and they were careful not to damage anything bringing in the appliances. Customer service was also very accommodating and helpful during the process of scheduling of the delivery. I can’t say enough about their employees. As far as the product I just received it today and so far all is working fine. Again TY gentleman you are the best .

On 2/20/26, Fabricio(sp?) and Matthew delivered my refrigerator for Percy’s, to my home in Charlton Ma. They were prompt, appeared very neat and professional. Fabricio came to the door, introduced himself and had the paperwork in hand. He described the 2 items they were installing… (I also had a dehumidifier ordered for the basement). Immediately they got to work, got my old fridge out, brought new fridge in. One man set up fridge, other installed dehumidifier. They were both very polite, kind and helpful with answering all my questions. Above all, they knew exactly what they were doing, they did a GREAT JOB and I could not ask for better service! A+

I am writing to express my absolute delight with the recent delivery of my new appliances. The service was prompt, professional, and arrived when scheduled. The delivery team was courteous and efficient during the process. A slight issue was discovered after the team departed, but the immediate response to my inquiry was genuinely refreshing. I received a phone call within the next day to address my concerns. I must specifically commend Kayla and her associate, Fabiana. They were great listeners, offered truly excellent customer service, and worked diligently to find a solution. I am delighted that we came to a great solution quickly and without any hassle. This level of follow-up and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare. I highly recommend their service and would confidently use them again for future needs.
