All of my experience with 220 to go was nothing but exceptional, I have done business with them for several years and never had any issues. It’s my go to shopping for 220/50hz appliances for the Caribbean

I was sold 2 expensive surge protectors which needed multiple adapters to be useful overseas after salesman told me it is the correct one. I could not use them and asked to return them for at least a store credit. He refused even though one was unopened. I will stay away from this store.

I bought a brand new washer and dryer feom this place and ship them all the way to Africa. Neither machines came with the connection cords and are not fonction ing properly. Very disappointing.

Very good after sales care. Excellent tech sales person. He is able to answer all questions and offer solutions after sale. I bought Amana fridge which had issues and was given guidance to the solution.
