We recently purchased a washer and dryer from Agren’s in Topsham. We visited twice and met each time with the same sales associate. It was a very pleasant experience, no pressure, and he was very knowledgeable. When we went in the second time, he immediately recognized us, answered some additional questions and wrote up the sale. Pricing was very competitive. When it came time for the delivery and installation, Agren’s reached out by phone, text, and email. Scheduling was a breeze. Their crew showed up on time and did a very smooth and professional installation. For more than 30 years, we have bought most of our appliances from Agren’s. We would highly recommend them. And, oh yeah, if you need it, they service what they sell.

Dexter was fantastic! We knew what we wanted and ordered it over the phone in just a few minutes. Dexter was quick, pleasant, a good listener, and he applied no pressure whatsoever. Excellent customer service. Very professional appliance descriptions. Reliable communications. Dave Ouellette is a personable sales associate who was very helpful during our selection experience. Delivery technicians were efficient and polite. I have one suggestion and I will put this on the GE webpage or their on line reviews is that the oven is very modern but it did not include the manual. I was unable to download the manual as instructed on the product materials but thankfully Agren made a copy to give me although I had to request it. This over requires a manual to be given at the time it is delivered. Thank you for your reliable service.
