I spent Monday morning calling everyone in Maine that sells refrigerators. Spencer was great over the phone and tied with Tony from appliance warehouse in SP. Spencer got the victory as he had the correct or closest refrigerator that we needed for our camp. Ask for Spencer when you call Agren in Norway! Thanks bj

Howard at Agren Norway Maine was attentive, helpful and filled in the blanks on information and rebates that we wanted to hear. The purchase itself was quick and professional. We will always choose this personal service from our local Agren over the big box store! Highly recommend them.

We appreciate the help that Spencer from Norway store gave us. After we looked at the furniture they had, we went home to think about it. We had questions so we emailed him. He got back to us right away. We went back to the store and purchased the couch. The two men who delivered the couch were personable. They made sure the couch was set where we wanted it and were fast! A+ for service. A+ Showroom. A+ Delivery

Skip the big box store and shop here. I have been buying my appliances here exclusively for five years and I have never been disappointed. The customer service is amazing. I have been working with the same sales person for the entire time and he has been incredibly helpful and has given the best advice. I absolutely recommend you buy every single appliance through Agren.

Our refrigerator died. I called and spoke to a sales person at Agren’s to make sure my choice would fit. He was very nice and a accommodating and delivery was scheduled. The first delivery did not go as planned, but Howard was very accommodating and found another fridge and got it delivered later in that same week! The delivery team (Noah and Ty) was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Will definitely use Agren’s for all our appliance needs:)
