Seriously, call this man! He was lovely & so helpful, even though he doesn't actually work on my brand of washing machine (Hotpoint), but he asked about the problem & was able to confirm my suspicion that the old girl had washed her last load, and even looked up current prices for new machines for me! Such a fabulous experience. If I ever need a repairman again, I know who I'm calling!

It’s a joy to find a great vendor or repair service, and it makes me happy to recommend Brown’s Appliance Service. Jon returned my call promptly, said when he would call to pin down the service visit, and did everything as promised. He took our Whirlpool washer partially apart, and showed me clearly where the problems were, and he pulled up the replacement parts on his cell, and showed them and each cost to me, providing the total, which he offered was just about the cost of a replacement machine. Not stopping there, he showed me that a local vendor had the very same machine on sale for just $20 more than the parts would have cost to repair the old one. So, he surrendered his repair job, and for a mere $20 we purchased a brand-new machine. And his charge for all of this was next to nothing. I’ve not met a more professional, friendly, efficient person, and I couldn’t say enough good things about him and his company.

We contacted Brown’s Appliance Service with concern for clothing washer and dryer malfunctions. I had called MANY local appliance services, and Brown’s was fastest to call me back and fastest to book a date for their service. Professional, prompt and very understanding when we ultimately cancelled services because we decided to just buy new machines (ours were quite old!). Will absolutely call Brown’s first in the future when we need an appliance repaired. Thank you!
