I had a great experience purchasing my kitchen appliances through Danville Hometown. After going through a nightmare with a "big box retailer", I will only purchase from Hometown going forward. They were very friendly, helpful and took great care of my items and house during delivery.

We have purchased five appliances from this store. The latest two, a stove and refrigerator. This store is wonderful! Great prices, great owners and customer service, and the best delivery and installation you’ll ever get anywhere. Before this store, I don’t think I ever got an appliance without a scratch or dent due to delivery fiascos. This store did a fantastic job with delivery and installation with all five appliances. Thank you.

I'm so disappointed. I bought a stove from them in October because mine had broke and I have to have a oven and range to cook for my family. It worked ok the first few times but now it is taking forever to heat and the temperature is inaccurate. Last night it took me 3 hours to bake a loaf of bread. I could cry as I don't have the money to fix or replace.

I cannot say enough good things about these folks. We have purchased all of our appliances from them over the last 27 years and just outfitted our new house with all new appliances from them. Their commitment to detail, service and product knowledge is unsurpassed - you won't get that type of attentiveness from a big box store.
