The General Manager is extremely rude and arrogant. I had a few questions about a product I bought after it was delivered. He spoke to me like I was a child, had the worst attitude and was extremely unhelpful. I will not step foot in this store again. Best of luck to whoever works with him in the future.

Never had a bad experience with them. They have sales staff who, of course, want to make a sale, but I have never felt that any of them was being pushy. They've always been courteous and helpful.

Junk, recliner was delivered broken, can't use it gives me a sore neck. Hinge defective, making it crooked. Still waiting a long time. to get fixed.

Excellent service! They didn't have the cheaper washer model that we wanted in stock so they gave us the next grade up for the same price! We will make that 45 minute trip every time we need something they sell.
