Great locally owned business! They are Very helpful, and will answer any and all of your questions. I Got the exact refrigerator I was looking for. It was in stock, and priced great. Delivery, setup, and hauling off of the old appliance is available. The price for that service makes it a no-brainer. Its cheap enough it didnt even make sense for me to do it myself. Highly recommend shopping at HD appliance.

Adding on to my review: Buy Local!!!! We bought the freezer! Ordered it and had it within a week.... it's exactly what we were looking for , priced competitively, and after a quick delivery and explanation of use, we now have a freezer in our garage. The young man who delivered it was very nice and helpful .....and CAREFUL with our new freezer. These folks are great to deal with and have won our business for the future. We purchased a Bosch dishwasher from High Def Appliances in Columbus and are very happy with our purchase and the service of this company. Our dishwasher had to be ordered but it came in quickly and was installed within a couple of days. Great service! And we were instructed how to use it and will certainly feel comfortable calling with any questions. In fact, we are so pleased with H-D Appliance that we intend to make another purchase shortly of a freezer. We are comfortable with the knowledge provided both in the store and with the installation. We highly recommend these folks, especially if you want to deal with somebody locally who will install and service it for you. Big-box stores are not our favorite places to do business! Much prefer a competitive price and good service from somebody local and these folks meet that standard. Thank you!

I purchased a new refrigerator from High Def Appliance and also had service work done. They were VERY helpful in finding the right refrigerator, which was not easy given size constraints. Also, Dustin was great with the service work....prompt, courteous, and a fair price. I will definitely buy from them in the future and also use them for any appliance repairs.
