The staff over here at this establishment is top tier! Ms. Tonya, sorry if I misspelled their name, but she came through and worked wonders for me this morning. I appreciate how quick the application paperwork was sent over and how she worked me right into the delivery list! Now I just wait to have a great working fridge for my family delivered! They will work with you!!!!

Oh where do I began! They start out so nice and friendly. And when you feel great and they say please leave a good review. Thats because they dont want you to see the real side of them. The real side of them is FAUDS and SCAM ARTISTS!! We went in looking for a washer and dryer. And sign up with acima because we didn't have enough money at the moment. Then the next day we decided that we didn't want it.. try calling and texting no response to explain why. Still to this day acima trys taking payments. The frauds say they can't do nothing. We never received washer or the dryer.. I really hope one day karma comes to your business. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM SAVE YOURSELF ThE STRESS!!!

I was helped promptly upon arrival also. Thank you guys. A return customer…. Now here’s my Updated review a few weeks later…. I just received my refrigerator a few days before xmas actually because the first fridge I chose could not fit in my doorway…After they delivered my 2nd refrigerator I realized that they broke my basement window without saying anything. I promptly called the store….Upon bringing it to their attention however I was informed days later that I signed a waiver that keeps them from being liable for damages…I am completely over it at this point.

Great prices but horrible customer service. Tanya was lovely but the rest of the staff...... I was told my delivery would be between 2-3 Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. I sat around all morning and at 2 asked them if they were coming soon because I had a get together to attend. No one gave me any real answers. About 445 I call and Tanya said she'll have them come. Michael the driver called and said he's not coming so reschedule then hung up. They said I'll be first priority Friday morning, lie but, I didn't mind because I was still lying down. The owner I'm assuming called and said they'll be there between 930-11. I asked can you call me before you come so I can be up and ready to head that way. He said yes. Long story short he never called. I called the driver at 946 and he was already waiting at my house. I said ok I'm ten minutes away about it to get ready to head out. 26 minutes later, the owner calls and says the driver is leaving because he's been there too long. Mind you by this time I'm literally 4 minutes away. I called and Ms Tanya answered. As I was explaining the situation, the owner hears the conversation and begins to interrupt. I see the driver turning off of my street and blow my horn. Ms Tanya says call the driver and see if he'll stop and finish the job. I call him and he says he doesn't work for her the boss has to tell him to do it. Well when I pulled up 30 seconds later I see my washer, dryer and refrigerator sitting outside in the open smh. Idk how to add photos or I would.

Customer service says volumes yet at the end of the day still can’t make up for even a storm door. Paid for delivery service, they broke the pistons off my storm door still haven’t been reimbursed. My fridge I bought in August has now had the heat sync/heater go out twice In this time span, ironically after the warranty went out. Cheap fix sure, makes me wonder if the heater even worked when they sold it to me. They assured me they do a quality control test to insure everything works, yet the heating element had a blown fuse or short almost a month to the day of my purchase.
