About a year ago I bought a refrigerator from this store. Within 3 days of purchasing it, the fridge started leaking water, so I contacted them right away. Instead of properly fixing the issue, they tried to tell me something was wrong with the freezer and attempted to charge me an additional $250 to repair it. I told them I wasn’t going to pay extra for something that was already broken when I bought it and offered to return the refrigerator instead. After that, they suddenly said it was “nothing serious” and fixed it the same day. Unfortunately, the problem never actually got fixed. A year later the fridge still leaks, which shows the repair was either temporary or not done properly. On top of that, the experience was very uncomfortable because the man helping me was not professional and was trying to hit on me, which made the situation even worse. I would not recommend buying appliances here. If you do, make sure everything is fully inspected and working before leaving, because getting real help after the sale was very difficult.
