Worst place the old lady was saying that all South Indians are bad and they just buy and return saying there cheap she was a scammer because she brought dollar tree stuff in her store and selling it for 5 making bit profits and ripping of her regular costumer I came here since I’m Indian and needed of Indian kitchen ware for my wife. She increased the price to the maximum. By the way this was 2 months ago just forgot to rate it.

Super-High priced, very low quality, zero care for customers and 100% cheaters! They await every opportunity to trick you into paying more with absolutely no customer service and no returns or refunds or aftercare; whatsoever! If you approach them for any issue with your mixie or grinder or cooker, they’ll ask you to leave your item with them so that they can use this chance to charge you an arm-and-leg for a $10 part or a service you went to them for! For them, there’s no such concept called after-sales or after-service. Duping customers and ripping them off is their way of doing business. That’s their mission, vision, goal and motive!! If you know your model number, it is always good to get your part from India (thru someone) and then go for a DIY. Pr, you should even consider buying your brand new item from India and bring it to the US.

This past weekend I went to get a knife sharpener for my kitchen knives which were becoming dull. The owner who happens to be an old lady did not have the sharpener but instead she showed me some knifes and claimed it to be "German Knives" selling at $18 which can be found at a dollar tree for $1. Do not take my word for it. Just stop by this appliance retail store if you are visiting Devon ave and see it for yourself. They are overpriced compared to other competitors.

Bunch of scammers in here, try other stores like Gandhi appliances who are much better to work with. The ladies talk nicely at first and tell you they will check the appliance and to drop it off first and they would call and tell you what's wrong before servicing by giving a call and later never call you and when you stop by they make up things to skim money out of customers later without even stating what they performed when you return later. Worst place to visit!!
