Frank's Appliance Ctr

Once again Franks Appliances comes thru. We experienced an issue with the ice maker and called for service. We were immediately tended to and scheduled a service call at our convenience. Had to alter the time on my end and they took care of that right away as well. Our service tech, Nick, arrived on time. Nick was very polite, professional and informative. Ended up to be a minor problem which can be easily addressed by the homeowner should it occur again. Nick explained the process on how the machine works and showed us a simple way to maintain the unit. Fast, friendly and spot on service technician. He also spoke of extended warranty possibilities and how to go about them. This just added to our reasons why Franks is our go to place for appliance needs. They truly do look out for thier customers, and it shows. Thank you Franks Appliances and thank you Nick.

We have been renovating our kitchen and we have recently purchased and had delivered a refrigerator and dishwasher. We also had a freezer for the basement. Everyone at Franks was so helpful and knowledgable in helping us make our selections. The delivery guys did a great job with the installation. I heartily recommend Franks Appliance!

Frank’s was a great choice for us buying our new stove. They gave us great advice and service in store and helped us save money on our new stove. Sure, we had to wait on delivery and installation.
