Great business, I got a washer dryer combo for an unbeatable price. Had a small issue with the washer and they honored their 30 day warranty and immediately came to replace it with another one. Josh was great with delivery and installation and very friendly. Thanks guys!

They do delivery, but not well. When they came to drop it off, they had to change days because of a truck issue. When they came to pick it up, they had to change days bc they had to deal with a broken fridge for somebody else. Both times I had told them I wouldn't be available after a certain time. Both times I wasn't told until right at that time when I would get spammed with calls. It's near impossible to get a hold of them, call or text. The washer leaked when they dropped it off, they "fixed" it while they were there, but then it leaked the first time I tried to wash a load. The dryer sounded like a bunch of horses and smelled burnt after 2 mins of running. They are rude, and refused to try to say my name correctly, saying it doesn't matter. The voicemail is says to text, but you get no response. They gave me a refund, but not for the delivery which I would understand if they hadn't wasted my time twice. It's dark in the store front, so make sure you look closely for scratches and dings. He definitely won't be able to tell you anything about any of the appliances either. Maybe I just got the short end of the stick with them, but I guess I should have been warned when I saw other reviews saying they were delivered stuff that didn't work. It definitely wasn't easy to get it figured out like the other reviews said either.

Great used appliance service and customer care. Reasonable and fair services. 30 day warranty on all appliances. Bought a fridge from them and took it home, it didn't work so I returned and had no complications swaping the fridge with another. Older gentlemen who are respectful and understanding

They offer delivery (for a modest fee), a 30 day guarantee and they also offer repair services. They will even take a non-working appliance if you have one to get rid of.
