I would stay as far away from this store as possible. They utilize deceptive business practices to get consumers to buy their products. I purchased a 24” wall oven from their store in February and was told it had a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. After professional installation, it did not power on. In our first call after that, they offered me a full refund, and I should have run up to the store that very day to take them up on it, but sadly, I had to wait to have the unit professionally uninstalled. I called Frigidaire to try to use my warranty to get the product fixed, but they let me know that Liquidation Land is NOT a verified reseller and that it voided all warranties on the product. When I tried to take the unit back, Liquidation Land was now only offering a store credit, plus a $200 additional credit for “inconvenience”. After the bait-and-switch and lies, I had no desire to get store credit, since I can’t trust their products and they don’t stand by their word. I have tried to dispute with my CC company and sadly the refund + warranty were verbal commitments and cannot be used to get my money back. They will respond to this and say they tried to be helpful and offered a goodwill return, but I promise you they are only looking out for their own money. Once you make a payment to them they will not assist you, even when it’s just the right thing to do as a human. Yes, you sign a document saying no refunds, but they should also uphold their end of the agreement with warranties. Make sure you get everything in writing with them because they will scam you.
