Customer service over the phone was excellent. Although I was prepared to purchase sight unseen, I was encouraged to come into the store to view the LG ThinQ washer/dryer unit in person, which I appreciated. Hamid was great to work with—knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the process. Delivery was right on time, and the delivery team installed the unit quickly and without any issues. Overall, a smooth and positive experience with Appliance 4 Less Atlanta. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience at the store. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I went in looking for a new washing machine/dryer and a fridge.They took the time to explain the differences between models and helped me find one that fit my budget and needs.I’ll definitely be returning for future appliance needs and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality electronics and top-notch service!

I LOVE this place! Must visit, highly recommended appliance store in Atlanta. Sales rep Kyle was one of the sweetest friendliest people I've met. He speaks 4 languages including Chinese fluently. He was very patient and owner was super nice. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and willing to wait as I was very indecisive. We need more small business like this and I can't stress enough how customer service is important. I ended up spending more than I anticipated buying something else because they were so friendly I wanted to support so I bought for a friend. They specialize in LG appliances which I love and the prices are way much better than most competitors selling similar products. I will be back. Kyle is a superstar! Not a lot of reps this nice and genuine these days.
