Very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased several products that were supposed to be delivered to two different addresses, yet they delivered them to the wrong locations. On top of that, multiple parts were missing, and we were never informed that those items were not included, even though we specifically asked about them before making the purchase.
Another major issue was the installation. It was clearly communicated that the products needed to be installed. However, when the delivery team arrived, they simply asked where to leave the items and then left without performing any installation. Later, the manager claimed that no one had told him installation was required, despite the fact that this had been discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
To make matters worse, because of their own mistake with the delivery addresses, they are now trying to charge me an additional $280 in freight costs to correct an error that was entirely their responsibility.
The products also arrived with damage on the sides, and the manager's response was that they only take responsibility for damage to the front of the products. That is completely unacceptable.
Overall, the customer service was poor, communication was lacking, and the company refused to take responsibility for its mistakes. I would strongly recommend that potential customers be very cautious before doing business with this company.
