Terrible customer service. They lied and said we weren't home for the delivery, yet there was no knock on the door and nobody rang the doorbell. Checked the cameras and no one was there. Very dishonest company. Don't waste your time or money. The only good thing is they didn't hesitate to refund me my money.

I would have read the reviews first of the apartment complex hasn’t given me the number. It’s been 2 months. I finally get my set delivered and it doesn’t even work 😭 What kind of company is this? What kind of company delivers a washer and dryer set that doesn’t work. I better get a refund or I’m reporting to bbb

CSC Service Works and Appliance Warehouse have the worst customer service. I have been trying since December 26, 2025 to get a better stackable in my apartment. Unfortunately I rent through my complex management and it seems that they only come out once a month to service rented units. The units for the most part are old and dirty. They don’t even care to clean the when renting out to customers. They lent traps are full of lint and pet hair-which I know they can’t say that people with pet cat use them but clean them out. I have called corporate and even sent pictures to their LinkedIn account but to no resolve. The unit was left on 1/26/2026 but I will not be able to get a cleaner unit until 2/13/206. I’m not sure if it’s a combination of my complex management and Appliance warehouse but I’m beyond frustrated.

Holy crap I wish I would have read the reviews before I went with this company! Machines never worked from the beginning - leaking washer, dryers that don’t dry (two sets that both took 3 cycles to dry a load) and then they wanted me to pay for the service. My daughter was a NICU baby and we were going through hard times and were barely home. I didn’t have the availability to deal with all these problems. Got a few months behind with them and they didn’t care when I described the scenario. Catch up your balance or we can’t come service your machines! Now I owe 250 dollars for a service that never worked and made our hardest time even harder. BAD COMPANY 100% Reviews don’t lie and it appears I’m not the only one.

I see why this company is 1 star. I've been waiting for my washer dryer to arrive, and it's been 3x going to have said they show up and say no one was home. Then say they didn't have access to my apt. The third one say they showed up and said they went to the leasing office, and they didn't have a release for the key. Very unprofessional company. I can't even believe I'm giving one last chance. The only hope I have is they show up and compensate for the stress and frustration they put me through. They need to make the stars into HALF a star. If anything, ZERO stars. Update... not going to give this company the benefit of the doubt. They deserve to be put out of business.
