We originally worked with Sarah and she was amazing very knowledgeable and kind. She even held a refrigerator for us since she was going to be off a couple days and her coworker helped us when we came back. He was also great. We paid a great price got a great refrigerator and the two gentlemen that delivered the fridge did an outstanding job. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

After having gone to Lowe’s and Home Depot, as well as Best Buy where we originally bought the refrigerator that went bad after six years… We were frustrated by the fact that to Repair our old refrigerator was going to be about $1500 with no warranty going forward and the refrigerator would still be six years old, but to buy another refrigerator of comparable quality could be $2000 or perhaps more. It was by a chance that we looked on the Internet for a company that had “nick or dent examples for sale”: We then went to your facility, and met Sarah. What a lovely young lady… An incredibly knowledgeable about her products. She empathized with us and our predicament and went to work to see how she could be of service to us and help us out of a goofy situation. She treated us fairly, and with compassion, and made us feel welcome for coming into her store. She treated us like true customers and she treated the business like she owned it, we were very impressed and thankful for her attention. We bought the refrigerator. We really didn’t want because it was the same brand that had just broken down on us, but it did match what we had, it had a warranty, and she indicated her company stood behind what it’s sold. She even set up a delivery, the following day, which allowed us to get back in business with cold food at home, and all in all it made the day much better. You have a true gem in this young lady and we are appreciative that she was there when we needed help.
