i bough a refrigerator from them , it was broken and didn’t work , they came and took’t back said that they where going to fix’t or change’t . it’s been about 2 months naw . and they haven’t solve my problem .i send a message to get my money back or anything ! , but they never answer the phones . its been more than 2 months naw . i have kids and they seem to dont care . i wont recomend this place for service or products i dont know what to do anymore ?? they took my money and just disapered . becareful with fake companies like this. they will still your money , and act like nothing happend

HUGE SCAM!!!! If I could give 0 stars to this seller, I would! By far the worst experience ever. Bought a second-hand GE fridge for $1K with a broken ice maker and a loud noise. Reported the deficiency the very next day only to have to wait 3 weeks for this business to pick up the defective fridge and bring another one as a replacement until the other one got fixed. Guess what?!! Another 3 weeks passed by, and after several messages and phone calls, they finally brought the fridge back to find out it is still not working!! The seller mentioned having purchased and replaced the defective ice maker with a new one, and having spent days testing it was working well before delivering it to us. To top it off, it looks like the equipment was being used at another household because it was dirty with food spills that we had to clean. I am still pending for a full resolution and will make sure to blast wherever I can how unprofessional this business is!! Do yourself a favor and stay away. To the business: You are supposed to be selling second-hand equipment that is efficiently working. You are responsible for your contract to provide a replacement of the same value and have failed to do so!! Your communication is almost non- existent. You never answer the phone, and it is absolutely ridiculous having customers waiting 2 months for a valid resolution. You should be put out of business by the chamber of commerce and I will be sure to report your way of doing business every opportunity I have.!! You have made me waste 1000 dollars over defective equipment and have added unnecessary stress to my family !! REVERT THE SITUATION IMMEDIATELY!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I bought a stove and refrigerator from them. Less than two months later, the stove's touch control panel stopped working and the whole thing was inoperable. It took three days for them to bring me another stove. He said it was like new. Except the convection fan didn't work. He said they would fix it. That was on January 16. It's March 31 and I'm still waiting. On January 23, the freezer stopped working. It took four days for them to get another refrigerator to me. Both times I was told that my originally purchased items would be repaired and brought back to me. It is now March 31 and my texts have been read and ignored since January 27. I REPEAT, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I recently purchased a dryer from IMAC & Appliances Corp for $350. However, upon delivery and turning it on, I immediately noticed a strong smell of smoke and loud noises coming from the machine. Concerned about the potential safety hazards, I promptly requested the delivery person to take it back. To my surprise, they refused to do so. Feeling frustrated and disappointed with their customer service, I decided to contact the owner, Ismael Mantilla Lopez, to address the issue. However, even he refused to speak with me and address my concerns. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with IMAC & Appliances Corp. Not only did I receive a faulty product, but the company's refusal to take responsibility and rectify the situation reflects poorly on their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing from this company, as their after-sales service is severely lacking.
