Situation: I have an older Maytag stackable W/D. The dryer was making a very loud noise. First, when I called, a real person answered the phone. Second, although the company sells appliances, the representative said, “let’s see if we can fix your current one.” She was also very upfront on the brands they service and the one’s they do not. Third, the tech showed up exactly on time as scheduled. Fourth, in less than an hour, the tech replaced the roller and the dryer was back and running properly. Fifth, this was a VERY cost-effective solution. AMAZING SERVICE. One does not see this honesty and responsiveness in today’s market, especially from the big box retailers. When I need a new set, I will call this company. I strongly recommend Albers Appliances for the brands they sell and service. Our family has dealt with Albers for many years. Our refrigerator broke down and I was panicking. Went in yesterday, spoke to Dave who did not try to upsale and had our new refrigerator this morning. The nicest installers, Mark and Tim, came to the house, kept everything clean! I highly recommend Albers for your appliance needs. They truly accomadated us in a time of need!! Thank you!!

My mother and I have been clients of Albers for many years. A couple of weeks ago, I swung by the shop because I needed to swap out my washer and dryer, and Dan took care of me. One thing I do enjoy besides excellent service is a great sense of humor. Dan wasn't pushy, and he explained the differences between the major name brands that Albers carries and others they don't. I was sold on a Whirlpool set. We set up the delivery, which was easy. During the 3-hour delivery window, one of the reps called to let me know they were on the way. Removal of the old units and installation of the new ones was seamless. The reps who came out were friendly and professional. You cannot go wrong with Albers for your appliance needs.
