Extremely knowledgable. "Fan"tastic product assortment. Excellent Customer Experience. Went in on a Sunday with an inoperatable ceiling fan walked out with a fully functioning fan. Repaired on the spot under warranty to boot. You cannot get the quality or support from the big box stores.

Bought three fans at this location in 2015 and it is now Dec 2025 and all three of the fans are still super quiet and running perfectly. I don't think I ever turned them off. If I did turn them off it wasn't for long. The ceiling fans I purchased were not the most expensive either. Owners are informative and helpful in explaining each fan and their components. All their brands are quality.

Purchase a fan from here summer of 2021. Has been the biggest pile of junk. Within the first month had to duct tape the motor housing plastics(vibration rattle) Within 2 years, the blades make a "click noise" when running higher that speed 1. Tighten blades still does. Could have bought 4 fans from Home Depot or Lowes for the price of this. And the ones I have, are over 7 years old and work perfectly still. No running noises. Save your money

Patti was great, she showed us ALL the different options and gave us choices! We ended up with exactly what we wanted! We have dealt with them for years! Great service and great product, most with lifetime warranties. 🤗💜 (plus they have an electrician to install the fans)
