Worked with Curt and he was fantastic. Bought LG washer dryer which was delivered and installed very professionally (included no bumps down a VERY narrow staircase). Curt also was very patient when I discovered the top loader we first selected was not going to fit. He took care of us extremely well and we will shop with him again.

I've never been treated so disrespectfully. When I bought 4 appliances from them, I was promised $1100 in rebates. One from the manufacturer was easy to request and arrived quickly. The second one for $500 has not happened! When I couldn't do it online, Todd told me that M&M had the process it and that was being done. Then nothing! I've texted, called, emailed, and virtually nothing. When I reached out to the owner, Mike, he didn't respond. My decision to buy the appliances was based in part on the promise of $1100 in rebates. Because they aren't honoring the promise that I have in writing and aren't even responding to me, I question everything about this deal. DO NOT DEAL with THEM! I've never bought appliances before and 'm replacing all of them. Todd collected all the info from the size of what I currently have, which he had to look up based on the model number,s to what was and wasn't important. He came up with a couple of different packages to replace all 4 appliances. Talked them over with me and helped me figure it out. I'm getting all the features I want at a reasonable cost and then a great rebate on top of that. So helpful. Bray & Scarf looked at pictures, dismissed getting black stainless (said it was too hard to get) and came up with a package that was more expensive and didn't include everything I wanted. These guys are way more thorough and listen better. Update: appliances arrived and were installed today -- pretty much when promised. Scheduling was great and they were able to accommodate my complicated schedule. The three guys who came were also great. Professional, etc cleaned up after installing and gave a quick lesson on how to use everything. I couldn't be happier with the entire process. A pleasure to work with from start to finish. Another update: got a reply from the owner, really nice. Nicer would have been replying to the phone calls and emails while the problem was ongoing. Not after the fact & in response to a negative but truthful review.

I was up against a contractor deadline and still hadn’t purchased our appliances. We knew we wanted a 36” range, a hood, and a drawer microwave, but time was running out. I first tried a well-known boutique vendor in Annapolis, but they didn’t seem too interested in taking on new customers. So I kept searching. When I saw photos of M&M Appliance’s showroom, I knew I had to visit. I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and was blown away. The staff was welcoming, the layout was beautiful, and even the owner took time to say hello. Todd Spencer took great care of us, and to my surprise — and my wife’s excitement — we found the perfect dual fuel Miele range along with Thermador appliances. What really stood out was the service. The owner personally called to make sure everything was handled — delivery, installation, and true white-glove treatment. I’m honestly not sure we would have found this level of service, quality, and pricing anywhere else. I’m still in disbelief…. These folks are the real deal. Huge thanks to Todd Spencer and the entire M&M team. If you’re appliance shopping, give Todd a call. You won’t regret it.

Generally a very positive experience: AJ was very knowledgeable and helped a lot in choosing appliances for a new kitchen. Loved the fact that there was a lot to see so we could avoid ordering sight unseen and that they would store our appliances until the time we needed them. A big bonus as we wanted to make sure that the contractor did not have to wait for the appliances but did not have them filling up the house in advance. 4 stars as one blip in the process: we were not told that the hood had not arrived by delivery day until the actual delivery which meant a rush to find a substitute so as not to delay the project.
