We had an outstanding experience with Jim at Appliance Factory Warehouse in Littleton. We came in looking for a floor model refrigerator, and Jim immediately took the time to really understand what we needed. He asked thoughtful, relevant questions about location, size, typical use, water hookups, and more- nothing felt rushed or scripted. He walked us through three solid options, and honestly, I ended up upselling myself because the recommendations were that good. There was zero sales pressure the entire time, just helpful, knowledgeable guidance. On top of that, he even found us a $50 rebate we didn’t know about. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I can't begin to tell you how horrible and stressful a month I was having and then my fridge died on top of everything. I went into the SW Plaza store practically in tears to buy a new fridge. Rick Rutiaga greeted me. He was the only salesperson working that night and was helping others. I picked out a couple of models, asked him plenty of questions (it's a big purchase!) and decided to move forward with one. He was kind, helpful, and patient. He matched Costco on the price and let me know about a rebate. The delivery was scheduled for 3 days later, and it was delivered earlier than scheduled and without issue! I went back into the store to thank Rick in person for helping me when I was about to lose my mind. I obviously haven't needed the extended warranty yet and that is what worries me most. My last fridge was less than 4 years old with no extended warranty. Repair quote for a compressor was equal to the cost of the same model brand new, with only a 30-day warranty. No thanks! Forced to buy a new one. Fingers crossed that this one lasts, or if I need service, that it goes well!

Our dishwasher died and we needed something in a hurry - found a “ding and dent” option that was steeply discounted and jumped on it. Justin was friendly and helpful - he honored the price we found online even though it was listed for higher in the store. When some minor finishing parts were missing - it was sold as out of box - he tracked down replacements for us and followed up quickly. It was nice not to be blown off because that seems to be the default more often than not these days. We will be back when the next appliance breaks!

Five Stars to Fred Hilty, ( three stars for the condition of the product upon reciept and the installation tech's level of service/care-read on for that). Fred helped me make my purchase quickly and at a great price (scratch and dent model was my target). I was in the door and back out again in 10 minutes, my install was quickly scheduled for within a few days! Way to go! The lack of the fifth star is due to things outside of his control and my issues with Colin's level of service with the install. Colin left trash both inside the dishwasher and on my floor. He also neglected to remove the protective film covering the door. I had a busy day, so it stayed there until a few days later covering-you guessed it: two deep scratches on the door below the ONE dent I was made aware of when I agreed to purchase it. That was disappointing.
