Mountain High Appliance Warehouse and Clearance Center

We had two bad experiences with Mountain High Appliance. They have great customer service to make the sale, go figure. They tell you a "expected " delivery date. They tell tell you that they will have a pinned down date within a week, and will call within a week within date. No phone call no nothing. When we call for the delivery date, we're given a date that's 3 to 6 weeks longer then we were originally told. When the salesman is reminded of what he told us, he said, "I didn't say that"! When the salesman is told that we want to speak with the owner, "oh, the owner won't get involved with this"! So, to appease us they took another customers order and delivered it to us. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, not good being dishonest with customers. We will never go there again, We tell people DON'T go there. Go anywhere but there

I needed a new cooktop and was very limited in my options, due to kitchen placement and counter opening. Scott was very patient in researching my options and getting the order placed. At the Louisville store I got a clear understanding of how the placement in my kitchen limited my options. And, finally, the guys who installed it were pleasant and efficient and represented the store well. It's the only place I have bought my appliances for several years.
