We are small business owners who came to purchase several appliances for our new physical location. We were on a tight budget and Virginia spent so much time trying to make sure we found the best appliances for our needs at the best prices available. Honestly, we walked in thinking that we knew exactly what we wanted to purchase but we left confident that she had helped us choose better appliances for better prices. I will absolutely go back when I am looking for my next purchase.

I met three outstanding gentlemen this morning they showed up on time ready to work and without much assistance or guidance. These guys all look nice sharp, clean cut one of them was a huge rock. He didn’t say much but I knew he was there. I highly recommend this place for appliances. Anything you need in your home? They’re gonna get a great deal. It’s gonna come at a timely manner and put it in by professionals. I got a brand new washer and dryer and I did everything for under $1000,that’s with delivery installing that they are there to meet all my appliance needs.

Wade was amazing to work with when purchasing my mattress and built in refrigerator. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. His recommendations were helpful, and he made the entire buying process simple and stress free. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. From start to finish Appliance Factory was a wonderful experience. I'm so glad we had Charlie for our salesman. He was patient and kind and extremely knowledgable about the all the appliances. He carefully explained all the features and gave us quite a few options. When we finally decided on one unit he searched his list to get us the best deal. Then Charlie worked really hard to get the earliest delivery date. Landon was the delivery installation guy and he was amazing. He was quick, efficient and very skilled at what he does. From start to finish our entire experience was professional and friendly. A perfect combination.

Laundry rooms in the 1980s were typically smaller and treated as purely functional, hidden spaces. This experience was a huge relief, Wayde ensured he would find the exact dryer measurements, he nailed it, perfect fit. Wayde contacted me to set up my initial and second delivery. I have a hectic schedule and they happily worked with me. My first delivery, there were issues with a broken piece, on the back of the dryer. Wayde did his research and selected a European dryer, Electrolux, that met my needs. I love it. There was a slight delay due to the Denver "rush hour," and they kept me informed of the estimated arrival time. This was a piece of mind, a great introduction, and a smile. That melted the ice. Bravo to the Eduardo Team, they were amazing, for the old dryer removal and the arrival of the new one. This father and son team were so professional and polite.
