Honest people. Helped me out with a problem and recommended someone who could help us, even though they weren't a good fit to fix our particular problem. Not all appliance repair services are honest like this. (A lot of companies that spend more money on SEO than they do on fixing your stuff...) Support good, honest local businesses like Winkler's.

Wow, it is so nice to talk to real people. No big box here. They actually care about what they do. Maybe you won't get any special pricing here, but the fact that they actually do it all themselves, including any service that you might need is a huge bonus. The last time we bought appliances, it was at one of those big box stores. We had a lot of trouble with our refrigerator, but every time I tried to talk to them, they acted like they didn't know who I was. Then they would give me a four hour window on a weekday as to when they might arrive. When they did arrive they often only looked at it to see what MIGHT need to be done. After that they scheduled another appointment (and yes with a four hour window) to return to do the work. Literally twenty some visits latter they finally admitted that they could fix it. We were luck we had another refrigerator in our garage. Do yourself a favor and go to Winkler's.

I've bought new and used appliances here and ONLY here for the past 20 years. Plush, they've come out and repaired appliances as well. If you are looking for a reasonbly-priced used washer, dryer, fridge, etc. these are the people to see, because they will take your older stuff in trade and will install your "new to you" stuff. If you're short on big dollars to buy a new appliance, their stuff WORKS and their service is reliable!
